Sandro Nafzger is a visionary, charismatic, and transformational leader focused on driving systemic change and redefining what’s possible at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI.

In 2018, he led Switzerland’s first legal cyberattack through the public intrusion test of the Swiss e-voting system, co-created Switzerland’s first legal framework for ethical hacking, and built Swiss Post’s group-wide bug bounty program.

In 2020, he co-founded Bug Bounty Switzerland AG to redefine security testing through continuous ethical hacking, AI orchestration, and intelligent automation — helping establish a new security standard later embedded in Switzerland’s National Cyber Strategy.

In 2024, he led the transformation of the company into an AI-native, subscription-based platform business with one ambition: to define and lead the global category for intelligent security testing.

In 2026, Bug Bounty Switzerland AG raised CHF 12 million in Series A financing to scale its AI-driven Cyber Resilience Shield internationally — positioning the company at the forefront of the emerging Service-as-Software revolution.

Bug Bounty Switzerland AG was selected as one of three finalists for the prestigious Swiss Economic Award 2026 in the category “Services” — chosen from more than 150 companies across Switzerland. Sandro Nafzger was also nominated for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Switzerland in the category “Scale-up Leaders”.
