We are looking for driven and ambitious sales professionals to join us in accelerating our growth at Bug Bounty Switzerland.

We are an innovative and fast-growing startup in the field of cybersecurity.

Our product – the Cyber Resilience Shield – protects companies from cyberattacks using ethical hackers and artificial intelligence (AI).

To accelerate our growth, we are looking for two ambitious sales professionals with drive, based in either Zurich or Bern.

SALES DIRECTOR (m/w)

An experienced sales leader with hunter mentality, strategic vision, leadership qualities, and a passion for business development.

  • You will develop and lead our sales strategy – from lead generation to closing deals.
  • You will continue to build a high-performance sales team, lead it with a clear vision, and coach it to sustainable success.
  • Leading by example, you will acquire new major clients, take on key accounts, and build strong customer relationships.
  • You will work closely with the management team, provide market feedback, and collaborate with the product team to drive the ongoing development of our platform.
  • You will define KPIs, oversee the sales funnel, and ensure measurable growth.

What you bring to the table:

  • Several years of B2B sales experience (at least 2 years of leadership experience).
  • Ideally, a background in tech/IT/cybersecurity, preferably with SaaS experience.
  • You know how to inspire and develop people, leading the team to success.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality – you step in and get things done when necessary.
  • You are strong in communication, confident in negotiations and presentations – in both German and English, at all levels.

CYBERSECURITY SALES (m/f):

A proactive sales personality with determination, drive, and a passion for cold calling, eager to grow with us.

  • You will acquire new enterprise clients – from the initial contact to contract signing.
  • Cold calling (via phone, digitally, or in person) is not a challenge for you, but your stage.
  • You know how to excite decision-makers in large companies about our product solutions.
  • You develop new sales ideas, actively build your pipeline, and work closely with the management team.
  • You analyze customer needs, convince with solid arguments, and guide clients confidently through the sales process.

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in active B2B sales, ideally in the IT/cybersecurity sector.
  • You are not afraid of the phone, work in a structured way, and pursue your goals consistently.
  • You are communicative, persuasive, and can build trust – even in the first conversation.
  • You think entrepreneurially, are ambitious, and take initiative.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
